I am still looking for my dream man, but the most important traits he will possess when I find him are:
1. Loyal. This guy won't duck & run at the first sign of trouble in a friendship or a marriage, he's in it for the duration.
2. Sense of Humor. Gotta love a guy who knows that laughter really is the best medicine. Not only can he make me laugh, but he can laugh at himself.
3. Practical Dreamer. This guy will not pin all his hopes on foolish dreams, then sit back & wait for something wonderful to happen. He will actively work to achieve his goals.
4. Patient. He is a born teacher, willing to explain something as many ways at it takes for me to understand it, without any smart aleck remarks.
5. Family Oriented. If family is getting together (his or mine) & he's not needed elsewhere to save the world, he will be there with bells on & enjoy himself.
